Mr Tomasz Karpinski joined EQT in May 2009.

Prior to EQT, Mr Karpinski worked at The Carlyle Group in Warsaw and at Goldman Sachs in London.

Mr Karpinski holds a master degree in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and CEMS Master degree from Stockholm School of Economics.
